These terms apply to your use of marketvisionshop.com and to all orders placed with Market Vision Shop, 1591 Canal Ln, Georgetown, IN 47122, USA. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of the website
Use our website only for lawful, personal shopping. Don't disrupt its operation, try to access other users' information or copy content using automated tools.
2. Product information
We aim to show and describe products accurately, but colours can vary between screens and manufacturers may update packaging or specifications. If an item isn't as described, our returns policy applies.
3. Prices and sales tax
All prices are in US dollars. Shipping and Indiana sales tax of 7% are displayed in your cart before you pay. If a product is listed at the wrong price, we'll contact you before shipping so you can continue at the correct price or cancel.
4. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we ship. We may cancel an order because of availability, a pricing error or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment in full.
5. Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal. Cash on delivery is available on orders under $250 with a $3.00 handling fee.
6. Promo codes
One promo code may be used per order. Codes have no cash value, can't be applied to previous orders and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
7. Shipping
We ship within the United States. Standard shipping costs $6.95 and is free on orders over $50 after discounts; express shipping costs $16.95. Delivery dates are estimates, and we aren't responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk passes to you on delivery.
8. Gift cards and memberships
These are delivered electronically, are subject to the issuer's terms and are non-returnable once delivered, except where required by law.
9. Intellectual property
The content and design of this website belong to Market Vision Shop or its licensors. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any product is limited to the price you paid, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Floyd County, Indiana.
